They have actually increased their position in TIO since the last profile they put out. Barr is even more bullish on TNC today than last time as per the interview. If they are adding at these levels then so am I. Price targets from earlier this year were around 2$/share so we are still way under valued in the opinion of analysts.

I believe TIO was also at the utilities conference in baltimore yesterday.
