If anyone else is interested, inbox me with your e-mail and I'll forward it. Based on the presentation insider ownership is 30% of oustanding which is like 27 million shares minimum. The reasoning behind the recent insider selling is completely legit and respectable. No raise and no selling since 2008. The amount sold was pennies comparing to the trading volume we got that day.
