RE:Having fun with solartrkk.. Our Stockhouse Bullboards administrators cannot screen messages before they are posted, nor can they monitor the Bullboards because these are public forums. If we were to monitor the Bullboards, we could then be held liable for anything that is posted. Also, there are thousands of discussions taking place at any given moment and we do not have the resources to monitor each one.
This is why we strongly encourage members to use the rating system each time they read a board post, blog or news item. We also encourage you to notify us when a posting seems abusive or offensive by using the Report Abuse function located at the bottom of each message. This will also allow us to keep a record of the report in the event that a legal case arises, allowing us to show why the post was removed, which UserID reported it and the date and time the post was removed.
All complaints are viewed daily during regular business hours and messages that we agree are a violation (e.g. physical threats, spamming and advertising) will be removed. If the violation occurs again this member will be suspended for seven days; if the member continues to violate the terms of use their account will be suspended indefinitely.
