TRANSGAMING ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF WARRANTS
TransGaming Inc. has chosen to extend the expiry date of certain warrants issued on Jan. 17, 2013, originally expiring on Jan. 17, 2015. The extension of the warrants was subject to warrantholders agreeing to the company's proposed extension of the expiry date by 12 months, with a new expiry date of Jan. 17, 2016.
By unanimous agreement of warrantholders, the expiry date of the warrants was extended, as proposed, by 12 months to Jan. 17, 2016. Three million seven hundred sixty-nine thousand five hundred warrants with an exercise price of 12 cents are affected. The exercise price of the warrants remains unchanged and the amendment remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
