"We are excited to add these capabilities to GameTree TV and will continue to work closely with NVIDIA to offer our partners a fully streamed and cross-platform version of GameTree TV."
With the acquisition, NVIDIA will open an office in Toronto, its first in Canada. This office is initially expected to be staffed with approximately 15 employees from TransGaming.

My opinion it's clear this is also basically a Joint venture, not only did we just get a huge cash infusiuon but an 11 billion dollar company is going to let us use their tech to get to the next level. I really can't believe the news today,lol. Cheers and good lucks, when some smart investors realize the long term implications and the reach of game tree t.v with nvidia involved this thing is a lot higher than where it is now. Just my opinion!
