your saying being forced to pay more 
and having it devalued temporarily like $0.01/share 
and bare the risk of a loss 
is manipulating?

i thought
manipulating share price 
was someone is rich enough to buy a lot or sell a lot 
that the effect would be substantial where it actually influences in one direction 


And not equal influence in 2 different opposite direction?
