Just curious
as to where everyone is getting the 1.6 million warrants number from? can you link me to the news of the past financing? I was a little ticked today to here we have to chew up another 1.6 million shares... I have already been through that with the .105 warrants in the last 2 months. I do however realize getting a little bit of cash at a higher price and cleaning out any remaining sellers will pave the way for 2014.
I almost barfed this morning when I watched lxv.v hit .96 today. They added a few more b list celebs. The stock is now over a 50 million market cap with little to no earnings... but don't worry twitter is all the rage and earnings will come in the future, lol. Mind you it is a better company than int.v... but it still reminds me of the gene simmons pump job.. So my question is.. when do the small cap investors get smarter?? we have a junior tech company that is comparable to netflix earning almost 10 million a year and trading at a 15 million market cap. The business has taken years to get to this point and the share price reflects none of the hard work associated with signing up philips and other industry leaders. At some point in the near future I do believe the market will flip a switch and wake up. Then it will be tng.v's turn to go wild like lxv.v. I'm talking 500% in a month. So all in all let's chew up those warrants and get ready for the run of a life time in the near future! Jmho Rory

Hi Junit. The 1.6 million warrants were issued at 0.1436 cents on December, 4th 2012 following a subscription of 150,000.$ The 3 million warrants were issued at 0.15 cents on June, 28th 2013 following a 300,000.$ subscription. You can see those numbers on sedar.com. When those shares will be digested, the stock will move faster; just a matter of time.

Last financing was done on June, 28th 2013 . Since then, no financing has been made. I suspect that the cash flow or potential deals made it unnecessary for management to get money by issuing new shares. Financial results from Q2 will be released at the end of January 2014. We will see then what has to be seen !

atika, The reason TNG still trades on the TSX Venture is the total lack of exchange scrutiny. It would be a whole new ball game on the Nasdaq. There is no SEC in Canada. Transgaming's management will refinance in 2014 'sans question'! As you say, "We will see then what has to be seen".
