Who is (or who are) Anonymous...fantomas?

Every house each with their designated number has its address, city, phone number, etc.,
but not Anonymous, at least I do not see these references on Stockstream Time & Sales.

Who protects this exception to not being able to identify fantomas?

Thanks Domdesm to put the useful information. But I do not think we must conclude without adding precisions, as you say, that "anyone can trade under Anonymous". No one personnally can trade under Anonymous, but everyon can trade under Anonymous BY PASSING THROUG A BROKER, because only brokers as such can use Anonymous. It is written here right at the beginning at the TSX's
