TRANSGAMING INC. > FIRE GUPTA!

FIRE GUPTA!

I think the hiring of Fredrik Liljegren is a back up plan, next step is for the board to fire Gupta and put Fredrik in charge and look for a buyout of the technology.

Someone should write to the board to discuss how Gupta promotoes the stock, then sells and then initiated a PP to dilute shareholders with full knowledge that a PP was in place and he sold his shares before announcing the PP.

Fredrik is a fresh face to the company, he knows the mark and business and with the stok down from its initial IPO priceof 20 cents I think the board gives Gupta till years end before they fire him, being a CEO is not ust about growing the company, you have to grow the stock price first.

i'm down for replacing GUPTA at the next AGM, who is with me I want to hear from all other shareholders, at this point everyone is so negative about GUPTA, the SP is not going anywhere with him at the helm, time for a new leader, new direction and new ideas for SwiftShader.

Who would vote to out GUPTA?

Lets take a vote right here, post if you want him out and how many shares you have, lets see if we can get at least 10% of shareholder who want him out.

I own 400,000 shares and I vote to replace him!

Kalvin, To be completely transparent, I own 200,500 shares at an average cost of $0.196. I'm with you 100 percent. Concerning Lilygren, why would a guy with his experience work for the likes of Gupta? It doesn't fit. Lilygren has started up several of his own successful companies. My mantra for the past several years has been. "Show me the money!" Now it's "Gupta's ...more

I can only afford 2,000 shares at the moment. All my money is tied up in INT and YAPPN. Greggy

Gupta recruited Lilegren. You guys/girls/things that call for Guptas head-in the past posted as tho wanting to make him the recipient of some. If you would have sold half your shares when the valuations doubled-it would be amazing how different the landscape appears. What you all fail to reailize is that the transformation of hardware-vis a vis separate standalone gaming equipment TO a ...more

1st off, the board was probably aware of all that happened before it did.  2nd the company is basically the founder Gav.  and he is the one who picked Vikas. Best choice.....  right now   probably not.   But they R working to put TNG much higher. TNG also had bad luck 4 years ago when economy around the world caved in.  now we R back on track.  Swiftshader is ...more

For the most part ...cept for one or two first points...well said Whippet. And BTW Yzz...I was the one who put the TOS Violation for owning more than one account at one time on Stockhouse and as for the other aftorementioned...there is reason to be concerned...albeit possibly not a "going concern"...a concern of historic means nonetheless and notwithstanding. yyz123, It looks like Quinsam must be taking their 2500 share position in Transgaming today. I simply can't believe the stock didn't open at $0.25. If Shankwank is pumping, they gotta be good.  Shankwank, Buy, buy, buy. You feckin' bozo ! LMfeckinAO
