A meeting other than the annual general meeting between a company's shareholders, executives and any other members. An EGM is usually called on short notice and deals with an urgent matter.

Mr. Ensing, In the best interest of both shareholders and Transgaming, I respectfully request that you call an EGM at your earliest convenience. There are a number of shareholders that have long believed in Transgaming's potential. The failure on the company's part to achieve this potential is of paramount concern.

Dominic, Good morning (your local time). Thanks for the info. Maybe Mr. Ensing can pass the message along to Mr. Lax. It's about time someone competent was put in place to lead Transgaming. Under his leadership, Gupta changed the company's strategy more often than I my underwear. As shareholders, maybe now we stand at the least, a fighting chance to get our money back, and even make a few
