Sale of technology
WOW... they sold the cross-platform portability technology (Cider) (ex Swiftshader) to NVIDIA for US $3.75 M or about $4.5 M cdn, almost the value of our Market Cap.
We are also becoming an NVIDIA GRID preferred partner. that by itself would be worth $$$
that division was expensive.
the focus of the company is now the Digital Media.
and we know swiftshader is still up for grab for $$$ but for how much???
This is really the end of the Vikas era..... finally.
