What happens if there is a buyout?

let's say I have 100,000 shares average is around .17c.
If there was a buyout tomorrow, what would happen to those? is it a good thing?

It would all depend on the takeover price agreed upon. Could be a takeover offer of say .12 which would still be a loss from you at .17. or it could be a takeover of .20 based on long term chart financings ectt. Cheers
