These are not large cities - the cost to implement this is interesting. Wonder whose technology they are using.
Library services in Waterloo are moving in a hightech direction.
City council voted last night to move forward with the Radio Frequency I-D Technology, aimed at improving services. The system, which will work hand-in-hand with the current system will be phased over several years. This comes on the heels of Kitchener's decision back in the summer to move in a similar direction which will ultimately cost a few million dollars to implement.
