Not sure if this is a repeat post as I do remember Dec 8, 2008 as a date of note and also remember the possiblilty of new bidders.
What I do not remember is the 10 PM release time...If that is central time it could be midnight or 1 am eastern Dec 9, 2008..that seems odd but....

Between the delays the translations and my state of mind I must admit to "just wanting a decision" on repuve..one way or the other.
I do hold some hope for split award but am not sure if this is even realistic or possible.
