I'll be dog gone. You are absolutely correct. While I work today I checked in and saw your post but figured you probably got the trade figures off a site such as MSN that scores 29 1/2 as 30. However, the TSX site goes to three decimal places and does in fact show 30 cents as you stated and for 95,000 shares at the wire. This is very good! Someone bet $25,000 or so that we will get a higher bid!
