RE:Changes to Board of DirectorsWhat is going on with this company? I went back and looked at Press Releases and Michael Kosowan stopped issuing them in 2020 when Shawn Wallace seemingly took over by announcing the appojntement of the Chilean Exploration Team.
O.K., the pivot makes sense. It appears the company was off doing other things under Michael anyways. And as some of you here have indicated he is still active in behind the scenes.
But now Shawn's partner and Co-Founder of the company, Ivan Bebek, is stepping down off the Board???
What is also strange is Ivan has commented on FURY and TSLV core at every turn but has not said anything about Margarita drilling. The description of the drilling in that last video by Michael Henrischsen sounded a little funky to me. Has Margarita gone sideways???
I 'get it' and am excited about Santa Cecilia but the thing about options is they are spendng commitments and the company has taken on 3 of them now. Clearly they need to raise money, which is fine, but why are my Spider Senses are tingling when I think about what might be going on in the corporate hallways here?
I have seen this before where you get a Secondary along with a Primary offering to fully change the guard at these sort of crossroads.Thoughts/ perspective on Ivan would be appreciated. Will Insiders even participate on the next raise? GLTA
