Torrent Capital is a little bit of a mystery.  If you consult their website, there isn't any information other than quarterly reports holdings and a historic share price and that's it!

you would think that if they'd want shareholders to invest in their company, they'd keep people up to date with the current news from the companies they own.

also, June 30th has come and past, where is the quarterly report?

Agree that they don't do a very good job on PR.  Supposedly, 58% is held by insiders so they might not really care about minority shareholders.  I wouldn't expect to see June 30 numbers until the end of the month as they need to get the financials completed.   All that being said, it's strange they haven't highlighted their SONA shareholding and I, too, would like

igold8:  Pardon my ignorance but with is SONA Bb and what exactly did the article say?   The more I think about it, the more likely it seems that TORR is not rushing news of TORR's dramatic increase in the value of its SONA holdings so that they (or others) can take advantage of the arbitrage opportunity.  If they're buying back shares, its benefitting those that already

PresidentB I believe the venture exchange companies have 60 days to file quarterly report once completed so you can expect to see by end of August, hope this helps.
