RE: Change of fund mgr A lot of times when a new fund manager takes over a portfolio, they clean house on existing possitions in the portfolio they are not familiar with or do not feel comfortable with. If you sell at market and have a ton of shares you can cripple a small cap stock. So yes this can happen. Whether it did or not is another discussion and only management knows that. Most publicly traded companies hire consultants to track who is trading their stock so they usually have an idea of whats going on.
Right now the trading on TPL is not normal trading. Day after day its being held from going over 0.60 cents. The closer it gets to 0.60 a new wave of instant sell orders comes in to drop it below that mark. There is a lot of chart-painting going on with this name.
Its going to be dead money until they spud AKD-07.
