I think it is baked in a little, but not fully. And even if the 60 million is baked in from a numbers per/share perspective, it is difficult to put a value on the confidence investors will have with these two partners, and an export market for Tajikistan. So many things going on.
What would be really great is the announcement of a long term gas contract with China for Kazakhstan gas prior to the completion of the Kaz-China pipeline. That will really move the needle.
Nothing surprises me with TPL anymore. I would like to see a 20% increase on just the announcement. I would be dissappointed if it were less and I do not rule out more. We also have Q4 numbers coming in a couple of weeks and I assume Kaz will avg around 3700 bpd for that quarter. Need to see increase cash flow.
