RE:RE:CMEI have to disagree on several points. But i agree on one point, I will hold this stock down and up!
Yes it's tax loss season, and i think it's the worst time to sell the stock for tax loss season.
In 30 days, chances are this company will confirm many important de-risking events, and ask is pretty dry. Chances people selling the shares for tax loss now (have to wait 30 days before buying the same stock back to be entitled to the loss), will loose more upside that the deduction they would run after. That's 1.
2. Sean doesn't have any trouble raising money. He raised money consistantly and for sure he had a complete financing package ready for silicon Ridge until the sad turns of events. He just tries to keep dilution to minimum. Also, unlike John D. Jong, he finds investors ready to hold the shares, not some flippers that don't give a "heck" about the company and sold their shares long time ago, killing the stock price just for fun and hoping to get into a PP lower (or someone has to explain me where all those shares were coming from this spring...)! I could add that Sean doesn't lie to investors to sell them shares! I was ready to dump my position before i met with Sean, and he made it clear to me, that bullshit times were over!
3. I don't think the company will struggle if we close Snow White and our partners buy significant amount of silica this year, and engage in a long term offtake. After such news, everything else is pure upside.
4. Debt, not a big fan of debt at pre-production stage!

Almost 100% of the shareholders are losing money and there is not a huge risk on missing the boat if you want to sell and buy back after 30 days. When I started buying in this company, it was around 3.5 cents/(35 cents now) and the PPs were being done at a premium around 10/1$ even if the price was standing at half of that price. Now we just recently diluted almost 40-50% of the company at 2.2/22 cents. All this with more advanced projects and much closer to production and distribution agreements. Look at the numbers and it's clear to me that Mr De Jong had better contacts for raising money and that Mr Samson is really struggling with this and to return value to shareholders. Let's hope in 2018, this will turn around with everything they have put in place. I really hope they have enough money now (I would like you guys take on that, because I still don't feel safe to buy right now even at the current price) until at least we have something in production. If not, please find a way to raise debt or our shares will be just worth nothing. All these insiders that just bought, weren't they able to provide debt instead? I think just going back to 0.10/1$ will be a lot of work. But I will keep my shares all the way to 0 or all the way up.
