NR - I assume to clean up the BS!As per #10 - 'Top 10 Reasons' to own Taranis (see posting of #10 Aug 7th) - low # of SO. BoD decided to clear off a couple of old loans from years back from BoD to the company - to have a clean, neat Balance Sheet (I assume, from the FS that I reviewed months past). In these terrible markets generally, and specifically bottom of the Jr resource cycle, TRO is all cashed up in the till, doing lots of careful work at the THOR Project (see "Connections" posting of #8 of Aug 11th) - including more drilling (see "Historical" brownfield posting #9 of Aug 8th), to add to the MRE (see posting of #7 of Aug 15th) economically, to prove more targets to add to the >250 DDH, trenching, spectometry, Mobile MT by Expert Geophysics, 3Ds, specialty mining consulting studies, and all the other geology & geophysical work since doing DD on the THOR Project in 2006 and ultimate acquisition in 2007 from the T. Eaton Estate. All the while with little G&A. Go Figure - as this is what sets Taranis apart from the 1000s of other Jr explorers - many of whom will fail.
