skillset to go into production ?

Does TRO really have the skillset to start up and run a mining operation ? And does it have the ability to raise the large amount of financing needed to go into production ? I like that they are talking about going into production as that could give them cash flow to further explore and develop what looks like a promising property. But with a geologist at the helm and with $28 million being needed to purchase the Max mill and millions more in funds needed for working capital, it seems that actually going into full scale production may be beyond their abilities to execute successfully.

Hey baystock1 glad you dropped in on TRO board as not many lookers in this fine, quiet stock. It’s taken over 3 years to get a bulk sample permit so most of the retail are on the sidelines waiting for Phase II. Hey TrumpThis, I really appreciate this well thought out response to my question. It was really helpful. Yesterday I bought a small position. I might add some more shares later if some were to become available again. This is a very illiquid stocks and so it difficult to accumulate and is definitely not for short term traders.
