great company and extremely undervalue stock.

great company and extremely undervalue stock. The company has a steady growth in last decade, over 10% growth, with strong balance sheet, aboundant cash flow, predicatable and stable business. It is a gem in the public venture companies.

The current $2 million market capital is obviously under priced. Gabage collection business along is worth $5 M at least, plus over $1 M US real estate plus cash. $6 M worth is very conservative estimation.

The only unhappy thing is 1 million stock option issuance in 2011. The option cause existing shareholder lose 10% of value due to stock dilution. I would like to see the company to repurchase their own stock to award its excellent management, or use cash as bonus, in such ways, mutual benefit to shareholder and management due to strong cash position and low stock price.
