The Company is exploring for gold and copper in the highly prospective Central Newfoundland Gold Belt on its 100%-owned Golden Rose Project. Golden Rose is a regional-scale 264.25 square kilometers (km2) land package, including 45 kilometers (km) of strike length along the deposit-bearing Cape Ray-Valentine Lake Shear Zone, between Marathon Gold’s Valentine Gold Project and Matador Mining’s Cape Ray Gold Project. In addition, the Company has an option to acquire up to an aggregate 65% ownership interest in two claim packages covering 33.25 km2, including a 12 km strike length along the Shear Zone within Golden Rose.

strongly agree with Farmer9 and rationalexuberance opinions.
Management integrety is key consideration when I invest a company. 300 K share option is not a a couple thousand reward as stated on proxy statement, it is $300 K if stock price over $1 (TRU has that valuation). Why not repurchase stock or increase bonus to let them buy stock on market instead, that will mutual benefit to management and shareholders.
I will oppose stock option in annual meeting next monday if they propose that again, and will give a hard time to the person (Andrew?) who has the idea.
