GFL and Trius investment valuations

GFL and Trius investment valuations Just read a article from Globe and mail, GFL (Green for Life) valuation at $950 million with revenue $500 million, and collect solid waster more than 1 million households with 1700 employees. Trius Investment: annual revenue $4M from waste disposal business, worth $7.6M based on GFL valuation. Plus cash and investment $5M. $12.6M valuation is very reasonable for TRU.V or worth $1.2 per share. The guy director Andrew probably very happy and buying their own stock. He bought a lot of TRU.V last year, but didn't report on Sedar website on time, anybody know the reason? forgot to ask the question in last annual meeting.
