So when the sec approves the s4, a shareholder vote/special meeting will take place 30 days after. I think institutional investors comprise 57% of trx's shareholders, so god knows their agendas, but if things look dire enough, we still conceptually have the ability as shareholders to pull the plug. As of today I'd still vote no; a buck a share is garbage.
