Gold Price
If you had told me at the beginning of this year that gold would be over $2,000 in 2020 I'd have said Tristar would be over $1 forsure. The return profile from the PEA using a $1,750 gold figure is incredible, I'm left scratching my head why this hasn't ran more.

$1750 would be too high to use for any credible economic assessment. The resource is too small, and won't be increased for PFS. I get your point though, lesser companies have frothy valuations.
