Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

This means that the Ukraine needs more gas and if Transeuro succeeds with their extraction method they will get a huge load of other fields to work on and their good relationship with the government puts them in an extraordinary situation where they can choose between 10 and 20 other fields in the Ukraine in a JV with the government.

The share price WILL explode if they have their success on this frack.
