If I got you right and you are saying that a workable and therefore profitable solution requires an agreement of some sort between Sea and TC I wonder what follows.
This surely would lead to something bigger, but bigger usually also means more nuts and bolts. The more players need to cooperate the more complicated it gets. And complications also means increased chance of failure.
Also, let us assume for a minute that Sea won't be owning this new very very big thing, but some third, yet unknown whale. How many potential buyers with enough powder for takeover of this size are out there? More than a hundful? I honestly don't know.

So, thinking in terms of a size of SEA and TC combined is also a limitation of options here.

Just having thoughts (not complaints).
