I wonder how long until the vultures start circling? I also wonder how his estate handles his shares? Will the person or entity that receives them want to own a chunk of an exploration co? Pure speculation, but does ES want to be partners with whoever ends up owning the co? Is there a USA in place for any preferred "founder" type shares held? I've said before, last year when ES was "away for personal reasons' that in my opinion death of a principal ratchets up risk profile. Fingers x'd for a resolution that supports SP. Best to his family.
