RE:Not exactly price dilution?

RE:Not exactly price dilution?I hear you on the "Record Date - NR implies that a holder as of the Record Date will recewive the new shares.  But this IS WRONG!!!  The Record Date only grants right to vote.  Share distribution will be based on the Effective date!!!!!!!  And there will be a notice issued for the Ex-Date after vote (assuming it passes).

THIS IS FREAKIN AMATUER HOUR AT TUD!!!  CANT EVEN GET A BASIC NEWS RELEASE OUT WITHOUT MATERIALLY MISREPRESENTING!!!!!!!!!

I could be wrong, BUT I DONT THINK I AM.

But I think they f@ckd up.
TCrelave wrote: I believe a lot of  the PP pricing and the share price today is the spinout of Goldstorm. The PP won't include Goldstorm just like people who buy shares today won't get the spinout. Thus the price for 'Tudor' is lower.

Please correct me if I'm thinking of this the wrong way...
I'm not saying that PPs aren't diluted, just that the lower pricing when compared to Pre-spinout share price makes some sense.

GLTM (Good luck to most!)
