One issue that may be cropping up with Walter's wealth is estate taxes - no doubt he probably had sophisticated tax planning advice but just his personal and liquid assets might require some cash raises for the family. The spouse and child exemptions are "only" 400,000 euros each.
They sure wouldn't have any issue finding a whopper premium to market buy in the way things are going.
Just spitballing, no idea what is happening here, really, almost all junior gold explorers are a dumpster fire. Yeah, Gilly, dilution down here would be a kick in the pills for the loyal long holders.
