Then I'm guessing since otc is for MM and ARBS....the Frankfurt exchange is for E tickets on space mountain....NAW:FOS.

...lol lol lol.

Oh...the OTC shortreport has been extremely predictable on short-term movement. When one sees 
88-91% shorts, it doesn't take a genius to know what's coming, thus I'm not sure this is the bottom.
