At this time, I think this will force TUD to fast track their PEA and prove the reserved faster.
At the same time, this will force Sea to fast track also their tunel path since they have never provided to anyone as far that I know of any data to anyone that tunnel path was going to a third party land and there was no economic impact to TUD ( We know now Goldstorm is there ) . If anyone can provide the data that SEA was suppose to provide doing 40 drill holes, please fell free to provide this info , but I think this was never done or just a couple hole has been perform . This requirement was never met for this licence of occupation.
M. ES is involve in both company and discussion must take place between these 2 .
He has invested over or close to 300m in these 2 and we do not need another battle between these 2 , like what happen almost 10 years ago
Pretty sure ES will have a big say to these discussions to make them agree on something for the good of both of them .
