RE:RE:RE:RE:Been Busy…great posts CSK just keeps posting the same things over and over while totally ignoring reality and facts. 

Just think about this logically. If mineral tenure rights (and mineral deposits) can just be snuffed out by another party that wants to ram something through your tenures then it undermines the whole legal basis for tenure rights. What would that do to the BC mines industry? What good are tenure rights if this is allowed to happen? No way is anything going to happen without Tudor's full cooperation and approval. Actually, approval from the Joint Venture as the tenures are owned by all Joint Venture partners.
