My thoughts about the future...

By now I am very convinced that one day in the foreseeable future one of the very big producers will take over Treaty Creek. In this context I have the following thoughts: besides Treaty Creek, Tudor has other promising projects - Electrum, Crown and Eskay North. None of these projects has been sufficiently worked on yet. The potential has not yet been revealed in any way. Should a big company take over Treaty Creek and thus Tudor, the 3 remaining projects would be gone. Understandably, the buyer would not be willing to pay much money for these projects either. And that's exactly what's wrong. I am convinced that Walter Storm has also acquired with these 3 projects first-class areas which we should not give away for free. Therefore I think it would be best for Tudor and his shareholders to spin off the 3 remaining projects (Electrum, Crown and Eskay North).

I like the idea of the spinoff. Might work. The company in the area most at risk for a takeout is Pretium, since it is producing currently and at high grades. So, I expect Pretium to go first. After that happens, whoever takes out Pretium would have an obvious interest in acquiring Tudor somewhere down the road. This is very good news from AMK today. Exactly such a step I mentioned in July for Tudor (see above) and I am sure that it will follow soon. In my opinion the 3 amigos are preparing for a bidding war....

When Ken Konkin joined Teuton’s BofD last week, and Big Ed was reporting early results from Del Norte, it suggests the possibility that Teuton will be the vehicle for consolidating the non-Treaty Creek properties of both Tudor and Teuton. Walter isn’t going to continue forever, Ken had previously said he wanted to end his career with a bang, but maybe the Three Amigoes left standing aren’t the ...more

What's the where's Ken post significance you've referred to a couple times now ? Im not sure what your on about ......yes he's got a seat on Teuton's board but that nothing unusual for someone of Kens caliber..

In my opinion, someone was praising Ken saying he's the man here, all we've seen is long holes of mild grade with no geology backing up the difinition of the resource only es pumping tires saying it's huge. If this as big as it supposedly is, its pretty fishy when golds been up numerous days 20+ points and this hovers flat with 1000 blocks lining the bid/ask, but yet average traded is ...more

The proof will have to be in the pudding for a proper rebuttal. Just curious as to your take . It could go two ways I suppose but that's what makes me a spectacular. Willing to pony up on the risk but absolutely Love it when I'm rewarded for being right !!!
