What happen to the spin off?

Does anyone know about the proposed spin off of crown property announced in July? Is the spin off done or still proceeding?

Tudor Gold has yet to set a record date for the proposed spin-off of the Crown Property. Therefore you can still buy shares of Tudor Gold and be eligible to receive shares for the new company, which should be completed within the Q12022. This is the reply from Chris Curran, Head of Corporate Development, Tudor Gold Corp.

Dont count on receiving spinoff shares from brokerage houses based on record date holdings. TD for example did not do that with me. They distributed when they supposedly received the shares. I received less AMK SPINOUT STINGER shares than the record date. I believe they scooped the missing EXTRA shares for their company AS I DIDNT SELL ANY UNTIL AFTER THE RECORD DATE WHICH WOULD COMPLETE 2 DAYS ...more
