Thanks Tardis.  That is helpful.

The 3 big takeaways are:

1)  TUD is NOT willing to sit down and discuss,
2)  SEA willing to move route if TUD will work with them and it is needed,
3)  TUD lost their application last year to terminate the permits (which we knew already

Tud better get their head out of their you know what and resolve this.  Rudi is either right or will be sued by SEA SHs if he's blowin smoke up their hineys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it is left to the Ministry, they will look at viable economic interests and go from there.  As TUD has dragged feet on PEA/PFS/FS we will not be able to demonstrate a viable economic intersts.  What might be without legit backup is not an economic interest..................................

Just get the freakin PEA out already KK.................its like 2% of your budget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
