Map overlays

Does anyone have map overlays of TC and the LOO? possibly Highper from TUO board? Would be interesting to see exactly where it lies in relation to our deposit.
Comment by fordster on Apr 15, 2024 1:34pm
If anyone has it, Highper is the man.

JetStream, i went old school last year and drew in the deposits onto the MTT route.  They are in a different location right now, but i can take a look in a few days. If i figure out how, i will upload an image. Note, that at the time, it looked like the tunnels ran through tne northern portion of Goldstorm.  Since the deposit has been expanding in that direction, i would expect the ...more

Jetstream/Rockport use this link bellow to have the related map of the MTT in relation to Treaty Creek claims location, look at the bottom of the document for various maps. Have a good reading as well as it is a very interesting document.  GeoAssessTreatyCreek-Jan25-2014.pdf (teuton.com)

Here is a quick overlay of the 2014 Teuton map with the 2024 Goldstorm deposit from the 43-101 report overtop. If SEA was trying to put the MTT in the middle of the deposit, they couldn't have done a better job! Unsure of the elevation profiles but I would imagine its right in the mix.
Comment by Coyb88 on Apr 16, 2024 11:39am
Seems the image didn't post, maybe this?
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 16, 2024 11:54am
Thanks again!!! What this does is confirm what you can basically visualize by looking at the maps side by side.....it just does a much better job. I think you can kiss that tunnel route goodbye....I know I've speculated on SEA seeing stuff in the cores....and that may have happened....but I think more than likely they can simply see the writing on the wall as they'll have even better ...more

I've always wondered why Searidge chose to run the MTT along the Sulphurets Thrust Fault.  Given its importance to the KSM (& now Treaty Creek) ore zones, in hindsight, it seems they were playing with fire.
Comment by Robizounskin on Apr 16, 2024 1:24pm
Yes, Jetstream you are dam right.  In figure 8 of the document, we can clearly see that the MTT is crossing Teaty Creek at about 500 meters north of Copper Belle according the scale of the map, right in the middle of Goldstorm deposit will be, which is a no-go to me whatever SEA can say.
Comment by rockport1 on Apr 16, 2024 1:06pm
Wow, great work guys.  Much better than my handwritten job.  The elevation profile is here in Figure 5, page 18.   https://ksmproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/2014_Sep_27-LandAct-6408448-MP-MTT-Roadway.pdf

The MTT will all come down to who has what rights. Clarity may be some months away. Meanwhile, TUD needs to make some progress on a PEA suggesting TUD has something worth developing.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 16, 2024 4:46pm
Like I've said before...id be shocked if SEA even ever applied for a permit on that tunnel path...this solidifies it for me....They know it's dead in the water and they'll try a different route.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 16, 2024 4:48pm
I think THIS is why they haven't got a JV yet....They either have to buy out TC or move that route.
Comment by cskhurasu on Apr 16, 2024 5:47pm
If SEA could not proceed with the MTT without TUD approval do you think they would have to disclose this?
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 16, 2024 6:46pm
Let's put it this way....even IF SEA decided to forge ahead, they've got at least a year worth of geotech drilling ( more like two years according to that document), then the data needs to be compiled and the tunnel design engineering completed before they can even apply for a permit... So they are likely 2-3 years away from even applying if that's the route they try....my guess is ...more

Nice set of posts and info...the rout is literally hitting every area of interest for us. They DO NOT have the permit as it's based on this info they must produce...furthermore, according to Rudi, they have no idea where they're going because "Tudor is changing there plan of execution" So it's going to take us along time to figure our stuff out. Yes,interesting posts and news here.    Seabridge's LoO, which expires in September, is currently on shaky ground and we will certainly find out soon whether it will be extended or under what new conditions.    September is coming soon, the clock is ticking.    I ask myself why Seabridge is not tackling this "problem" head-on and entering ...more

To be fair, I think it's TUD that isn't wanting to negotiate...and why would they? If there is a deposit there (and there IS), what is there to negotiate about?
Comment by Larry60 on Apr 17, 2024 10:53am
The regulators have made it clear that it the parties do not reach an agreement themselves, they will resolve it when the matter is brought forth. They have specifically said they will take into account TUDs economic interests, per the regulations, to the extent they can. The lease on TC does not grant TUD the right to block MTT.   TUD is palyin with fire by not sitting down to ...more

PS a multimillion dollar nuisance payout would not hurt us either.  Very little money in the bank and a share price languishing under a buck. Just remember, TUD brought a legal action last summer that was DISMISSED.  Anyway you look at it, what they requested was denied.  THat was an expensive exercise in futility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Maybe time for new lawyers????
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 17, 2024 11:11am
How do you know how expensive the "legal" action was? From what it said they wrote a letter to the ministry....it had nothing to do with the courts If the MTT sterilizes a deposit it will ABOLUTELY hurt us...and is not worth a few million dollars. TUD has time on their side as I've mentioned previously...SEA appears to be a minimum of 2 years away from even applying for a permit... ...more

I love the way Larry continues to spin things and dramatizes it.  Naw no legal action that was struck down. They're recommending the two parties work it out. But there's nothing Tudor CAN DO because we can't find the back door or the front door to this monster. It's all up in the air like the Seabridge JV.

I luv how Fordy stares down reality and pretends it does not exist?!?!?! "Tudor Gold Corp. is requesting that a certain licence of occupation and a permit held by Seabridge's wholly owned subsidiary, KSM Mining ULC (KSMCo), be cancelled. The rights conveyed by this licence and the relevant activities authorized by this permit were initially conveyed and authorized in September, 2014, and ...more

How does any one know that TUD is NOT sitting down to negotiate a resolution ( pretty bold statement) or having any discussions with others?  We just DON'T know! A lot of meetings did take place during PDAC. But with WHO? The hunt will continue next month.  TH
Comment by fordster on Apr 17, 2024 12:32pm
Point taken Hammer. But how would you negotiate when you have no idea what you have? It seems Seabridge needs to complete its drilling to hand over to KK so we have some sort of idea. I remember being excited about Orpiment. (I believe thats now Calm before the Storm) Looking at the map, MTT goes right through the center of that area...additionally it seems to be running into GR, Kyba Redline , ...more
Comment by CaptainE on Apr 17, 2024 12:34pm
I believe the source of that information is a recent interview with Rudi Fronk where he was asked about the MTT and Tudor. Fronk stated that Tudor has not made any effort to negotiate thus far and has remained silent aside from the letter to the ministry. That is how I recall it anyhow.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 17, 2024 12:51pm
That is correct... Also, a negotiation assumes that TUD doesn't need that land...if the route goes through goldstorm then they DO need that land, therfore there is nothing to negotiate...TUD's position would be put your tunnel somewhere else because we plan on building a mine there. Also, if SEA can't even apply for their permit at the moment, what is there to negotiate?
Comment by thehammer2 on Apr 17, 2024 1:39pm
Should we ( and I think we will) hit some monster holes the phone will be red hot. KK seems to know were the sweet spot is. I can wait. AIMHO TH
Comment by Larry60 on Apr 17, 2024 2:44pm
Jetstream, What TUD needs to be doing is demonstrate that an economic interest will be harmed.  And they should be quanitfyig it as well.  Beyond that, theey should be, as shoudl SEA, working towards a viable resolution to take away the risk off the ministry deciding to take a bird in the hand over what may be....... Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 17, 2024 2:49pm
I'm confident that they'll have done that prior to SEA actually applying for a permit.
Comment by Larry60 on Apr 17, 2024 5:13pm
Lets just get TC moving............................ Gonna need some $$$$$$ though.  $7M in bank on Dec 31.  Burn rate from overhead has probably taken that to around $5.5 million..........................not enough to move TC forward. Hopefully TUD has been selling shares under ATM.  Ithink we need another $10M to $15M for 2024 to make it meaningful..............at a minimum....

Are you at all paying attention to everyone's point here?...naw you're just not worth it. Carry on bashing as everyone knows your gig here.
Comment by fordster on Apr 17, 2024 11:31am
Most importantly Seabridge has not fulfilled the demands of the LoO and does not have the permit to MTT through TC. There's a reason they must first drill: before they get the permit: they must know the full picture FIRST...and then issue the permit. JS, how could Tudor negotiate when our work is still going strong. It's an impossible request. Time...a lot of time: patience.
Comment by cskhurasu on Apr 17, 2024 7:13pm
Agreed Larry60. The gang here assumes SEA has not done the drilling, therefore cannot apply for the LoO renewal or the remainer of the permits they don't have and doesn't need to disclose any of this. This is all very unlikely.
Comment by fordster on Apr 17, 2024 7:30pm
We have demonstrated by Sea own report they haven't drilled. That's fact. Hey what do you think of our super cells  as KK describes it on the video? ...20 million oz just in the one domain! Great recovery on the gold too! You notice he talks of going to the North east for Goldstorm. That's north west pertaining to Calm Before the Storm! The SEA report on geotech drilling you quote is more than three years old. They asked the BC government for an extension to their EAC to compensate for time lost due to COVID which had reduced the amount of work they were able to do during the pandemic, including the geotech drilling. They got their EAC extension as they announced and then had lots of time to do the drilling. My bet is that your ...more

I'll take that bet! Tudor would know because they'd have the cores for assaying....Im sure Seabridge would have announced something and they'd be pushing for a permit.....
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 17, 2024 9:42pm
You'd also think that SEA would have mentioned something in their MD&A or annual report....no mention of it there either...
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 17, 2024 9:48pm
You're grasping at straws....I know it, you know it, and so does everybody else..
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 17, 2024 8:54pm
When they began drilling they announced it... We've heard nothing since... except that they only got 7 of 40 holes drilled....they have nothing in their 2024 plans regarding MTT, so im thinking they haven't done any more work... Also, whenever I claim something I post my source....you seem to hint at things that have absolutely no evidence to back them up...par for the course...

You beat me to it!, Jetstream lol Funny how one of the 3 stooges never speaks about the SuperCell and finding more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only about how awful things are unless you own Sea and then life is Golden.. Best of luck to you!,and most :)
