The tunnel thing

KSM got some kind of an approval from BC acknowledging their existence or whatever.
There was mention of working things out with TUD. Wonder what that implies.

Where are you hearing this? Is this different from the Substantially Started designation SEA got 2 weeks ago? SEA says they have applied for a renewal of their License of Occupation for the MTT. Is it that?

It was just some statement that I read in conjunction with this Substantially Started thing. It was an acknowledgement that the lack of a resolution in regards to the tunnel was an impediment. It seemed to imply that somehow there would be an amicable way to work it out. I'd just be curious as to what this might imply.

TeckPro, Not sure if your useless theory comment is directed at me. I don't believe that I suggested a theory. I just asked if recent developments may stir the pot. I was sort of hoping that you or anyone might suggest that this could be a huge positive for TUD. I can't see it as a negative.
