Texas you hit the nail on the head when you posted;

There is a new poster highgrader0195 who is trying to kill two birds with one stone. In the DEC board highgrader0195bashes TUO and DEC which are both trading around the 10 cents range and pumping COD, a .01 cent stock in the same postings. Like Misty highgrader0195 repeats himself over and over again. And like Misty highgrader0195 has a good knowledge of Dec and TUO. Do not be surprised if highgrader0195 starts questioning the Clone gold.

I would like to welcome highgrader0195 to the TUO board before he arrives. If highgrader0195 shows up in this board we know he has been visiting the board frequently. If highgrader0195 does not show up in this board than someone must of told him of this posting.
