No knowledge, but it smells like our friend Mr Sprott to me. I noted that he was “on vacation” instead of attending his own conference. Maybe he was setting this up? Methinks hethinks this is a once in a lifetime, and he wants to be the guy who made it happen. Oh, and he is getting warrants, even on this one. I could be off base, maybe this is KL, maybe the guys selling FreeMac are looking for a new ATM? This isn’t big enough to rule any level of investor out(cept maybe me), but someone wants to be at the table when the talks get serious about the tunnels. I think that talk is already in progress, not sure how serious it is yet.
