Couldn't agree more sueron, TUO has a litany of assets outside of TC. I've listed those a number of times on this forum, so I won't go into the details again other than I think DEC may be a winner. The fundamentals are all there in black and white and they're bound to get noticed soon, just how soon is the question. I've been here since 2007 so another year or so doesn't matter much to me.
