"These aren't new options being issued", correct. If these were new options being issued to management I would have zero problem with them being issued at the current SP. The issue being these options were issued previously at a higher price. Let's just say they were offered 6 months ago for an example. So any shares I bought in the past 6 months you would be okay with the company out of their working capital reimbursing me the difference I paid and the current SP? I'm not saying I dislike management or anything, and hey if it was me of course I'd want more money in my pocket, but when a lot of shareholders are hurting I don't really see why management should get a free/cheaper ride. That said, if there is a legitimate beneficial reason behind all of this, I'm open to hearing about it and the news release that explains it all to shareholders.
