Many decades ago I participated in many rights offerings whereby existing shareholders could subscribe and over subscibe, if desired, for addition shares dependant on their present holdings.,
, WHY NOT HERE AND NOW FOR ANY OF THE 3 AMIGOES OR THEIR SPINOFFS THAT NEED FUNDING FOR THIS YEAR OR THE FUTURE?????? PEZ EASILY RAISED A LOT OF MONEY THAT WAY......
