RE:RE:RE:TUO Valuation

RE:RE:RE:TUO ValuationI dont think there will, nor should there be, a meger of the interests in TC of all 3 amigos until TUD has spent enough money to bring TC to a production decision.  That is likley 18 to 24 months away at a minimum.  Sure, AMK and TUO could combine thier interests in TC, but not with TUD.  You could try and adjust the ratios in a 3 way deal before then but I cant see an agreement being reached.

I also hope, and trust, that TUO will spin out TC interest ultimatley.  I want the cash when it happens, not a rollover into a new vernture......I could live with NSR being rolled over, although would preferr liquidity on int, but not TC interest.  A few years ago the pumpers were saying thats why TUD trades at a huge premium to TUO aka the money from a sale will be trapped.  I dont believe that will happen. And the market believes it a lot less than it used to

The non-Goldstorm company to hold the NSR along with most other Teuton properties and NSRs..  The spun-out company will eventually be consolidated with AMK and Tudor. This company will then be bought out.  - rockport

The three amigos are amigos as far as I know. When the time comes, and provided some predator does not step in and take control of any of the amigos beforehand, they would likely negotiate the sale price for the entire project as a team. The putative purchase price would then be divvied according to the percentage of ownership each of the amigo's controls. As part of the deal Teuton would spin out the remaining portion of its property stable and presumably the nsr for treaty into a newco... Presumably, the acquirer of goldstorm would pay for that spin out. This I suspect would be the second newco that teuton raised the possibility of in one of last years[?] press releases.

The luxor properties would have been spun out in  the first spin out. The second spin out would account for the treaty creek nsr and the rest of the
the property stable...Treaty creek would be gone.. and there would be two spin outs remaining from the original teuton - luxor and neo teuton...

this is my speculation on the potentialities for the future of the teuton spin outs.. The common sense
based scenario in my opinion..
