She left cuz she didnt want to be aroudn fo the "blockbuster" PEA?? She was scared if she stayed at TUD she'd have to live through a VOK style discovery?!!?!? She left cuz she was worried a takeout in 2 years would get her a sweet golden parachute and her options would be in the money?????
