which company would they go after TUO or AMK .

I think they'd go after AMK...A lot of TUO value involves other properties.....If they spin off the TC portion then it's a toss up IMO...Unless TUO's other properties are of equal or greater interest to the buyer of course.....

Maybe a 50 50 deal with TUO , cash and or stock leaving TUO with a slice of the the pie (s )
