Is the current share price anticipating the Tuo spin out?

I suspect some part of the recent Teuton share price surge is connected to the pending spin out of the Luxor area properties. How big that dividend will be will be determined by the market's evaluation of the new spinco's value... Once the announcement is made, however, it might well become harder to jump on the divdend banwagon and accumlate teuton shares in the short window of opportunity between the announcement of the spinco and the record date for the dividend provided the shareholders approve the spin out of course...
