Three Valley Copper vs Los Andes valuation
Three Valley Copper vs Los Andes valuationOur mine MTV or new name Three Valley Copper for the 90% holding entity is significantly undervalued here at c$.41 with a market cap of US$20M. Market is missing this one. While production is set to increase year end to generate significant cash flow which can be used to further explore our 46,000 hectares. MTV hasn't been explored since 2007 and they've already identified 70 exploration spots to drill and seen over 100 different copper out croppings. Our resource estimate is 417 Million currently which could easily be doubled. Our location is excellent. While we have Los Pelambres just 50km from us one of the largest reserves in Chile and is actively being mined. Just Further north is a project called Vizcachitas being developed by Los Andes. https://www.losandescopper.com/site/assets/files/3551/los_andes_corp_presentation_2021-05-10.pdf.. Los Andes is a lower grade but has a resource estimate of 1.2 Billion pounds. Up until recent sell off they had a C$255m market cap. Los Andes project hasn't even raised the $1.8 Billion CAPEX they need and are working on their Feasibility Study still due next year. Yet the market is giving them a market cap around C$200 Million now. The upside for Three Valley is significant if we can finish the block caving project later this year and by expanding our reserves over the next 2 years. If we can expand our reserves closer to 800M to 1B pounds. There no reason our market cap can't exceed C$200M either, which would put the share price over C$4, about a 1000% increase from here. Given the royalty tax overhang, the company explained we are small enough to be exempt from most. The minority shareholder suit appears baseless. Hopefully in 6 months this will work out.
